Richard Gleason

Mr. Gleason’s practice emphasizes civil litigation, wills and estates, and business representation. He has broad experience and has successfully represented clients in cases involving commercial contract disputes, personal injuries, professional licensing issues, probate disputes, and business disputes.

Mr. Gleason has over 40 years’ experience handling trials of cases in state and federal courts throughout Colorado.  He has argued cases before the Colorado Supreme Court and Colorado Court of Appeals. Mr. Gleason has represented businesses with business formation, contract preparation and contract disputes, employment disputes, and the purchase and sale of a business.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Gleason worked as a certified public accountant for one of the four major international accounting firms.   Mr. Gleason is a lifelong Colorado resident and a graduate of Colorado State University and the University of Denver College of Law.
